The Community Band is a non-competing band open to players of all abilities (above grade 1) and offers players the opportunity to play both lighter repertoire, such as  film, TV, musicals and popular music, as well as more traditional brass band music and marches. The band members regularly take part in concerts, marches, church or carol services and carrolling.

The band rehearses on Sundays from 1.30-3.15 p.m. and is conducted by the band's Chairman, Graham Williams.
