Welcome to the Northop Silver Band website. We are a Championship Section band based in North Wales.

Open Rehearsal

Come along to the bandroom and enjoy our preparation of Edward Gregson's 'Dances & Arias'. We travel to Blackpool on Saturday morning to compete in the Grand Shield. Ryan Richards is our guest Conductor this time, and we have had a fantastic start to our week of playing.

Welsh Area Contest 2025

The band were pleased to be placed 4th in Swansea on their return to the Championship section.

Concert in Llanfair Caereinion

We were delighted to be performing alongside the wonderful choirs of Ysgol Cwm Banwy & Ysgol Pontrobert. Thanks to everyone who came along!

Concert at Eglwys Y Santes Fair, Llanfair Caereinion.

The concert took place on the 6th April and was conducted by Thomas Wyss.

Grand Shield

The band is looking forward to competing in the Grand Shield Contest on the 10th May in Blackpool.
